This course will give you the opportunity to put into practice the techniques learned in my Introductory Property Presentation Course.
It includes lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises designed to deepen your understanding of colour, arranging artwork and accessories, shelf dressing, flower arranging, furniture layout and space planning.
You will be making on-site visits to an individual house for evaluation purposes and most valuable of all, you will have the opportunity to participate in the actual hands-on staging of a real home from start to finish, putting theory into practice.
Upon completion of both Introductory Courses and this Advanced Property Presentation ("Hands On") Course, you will become eligible to attain the level of 'Senior Consultant' within the Property Styling Network.
To achieve this title you will be required to submit bodies of work from 3 additional projects (before and after photos and budgets) to a network Mentor for approval, as well as a letter of evaluation from each client.
Once approved, you will be awarded 'Senior Consultant' status within the Property Styling Network and receive a Certificate.
Benefits of Senior Consultant status:
As a Senior Consultant you will have greater prominence on the House Doctor website, increasing your potential for more clients and work.
You will be given your own web page on the House Doctor website, to include your photo, before and after gallery images of your work, a personal biography and link to your own personal business website. There will be an annual fee of £500 +VAT for your listing.

Entry requirements:
Previous art or design experience is not required, but all applicants must have attended my 'Introductory Property Presentation Course' and 'Introductory Business Course'. In order to better serve your individual needs, the course numbers will be kept to a maximum of 20 students.
Cost and bookings:
This 5 day Training Course will cost £2950 +VAT
The course fee covers training, course materials, accommodation and all meals. The course fee does not cover transport.

COURSE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern all courses run by Ann Maurice Ltd & Property Styling Network Ltd of 575-599 Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP2 7ED UK (the "Company"). Those booking and/or attending the course ("Delegates") should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.
Payment and course fee
1.1 If you have been accepted for this course you will be given a limited time to pay the £1000+VAT deposit in order to secure your place. Instalment payment plans are available on request, with all balances to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the course commencing.
The course fee covers training, course materials, accommodation, meals (English breakfast, hot and cold buffet lunch, three course dinner, morning and afternoon tea) and car parking at venue. The course fee does not cover transport.
Cancellations
Refunds will not be given in any circumstances (except if the cancellation of the seminar is at the request of the Company), however, tickets can be resold and bookings can be transferred to another seminar on a different date if notice is given 8 weeks prior to the originally booked event. No transfers can be carried out within 8 weeks prior to the originally booked event.
Course details
The Company retains the right to cancel or alter the programme of the seminars at any time. In the event of a cancellation by the Company a refund will be given to Delegates if another suitable date for the seminar cannot be agreed.
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights used, created or embodied in or arising out of or in connection with the seminar and in particular but without limitation the use of the HOUSE DOCTOR name remains the exclusive property of the Company and the Delegate shall not during or at any time after the completion of the seminar dispute the ownership of such rights.
All materials and information (in whatever form) provided by the Company in connection with the seminar shall not be copied, distributed or be made available to third parties and shall be used only for the purpose for which they were provided. The Delegate is, subject to the previous paragraph, entitled to keep for their own use any course materials that are issued to them.
