Upon completion of both the two-day Introductory Property Presentation Course and this one-day Introductory Business Course, you will be eligible to become a Consultant within the House Doctor Network. To achieve this, you much submit 3 bodies of work (before and afer photos and reports) to an assigned House Doctor mentor for aproval, as well as an evaluation from each client. Once approved, you will be awarded Consultant status within the House Doctor Network and receive a Certificate.

Consultant status brings with it a listing on our online Directory of Professionals, free for 3 months. This listing will give potential clients ongoing access to your contact details enabling you to build your business and develop your portfolio.

    • Flyers for marketing your business

    • Diagnosis and report forms

    Mentoring programme:

    • On completion of the course, you will be assigned a mentor who will give you guidance for up to 6 months. Our mentors are highly skilled home stagers who have been personally trained by Ann Maurice and currently running successful businesses.

COURSE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern all courses run by Ann Maurice Ltd of 575-599 Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP2 7ED (the "Company"). Those booking and/or attending the course ("Delegates") should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.

Payment and course fee:

1.1 Payment of the full course fee is required at time of booking in order to secure your place.

The course fee covers training, course materials and some light refreshments during the day. The course fee does not cover meals, transport or accommodation.

Cancellations

Refunds will not be given in any circumstances (except if the cancellation of the seminar is at the request of the Company), however, tickets can be resold and bookings can be transferred to another seminar on a different date if notice is given 4 weeks prior to the originally booked event. No transfers can be carried out within 4 weeks prior to the originally booked event.

Course details

The Company retains the right to cancel or alter the programme of the seminars at any time. In the event of a cancellation by the Company a refund will be given to Delegates if another suitable date for the seminar cannot be agreed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights used, created or embodied in or arising out of or in connection with the seminar and in particular but without limitation the use of the HOUSE DOCTOR name remains the exclusive property of the Company and the Delegate shall not during or at any time after the completion of the seminar dispute the ownership of such rights.

All materials and information (in whatever form) provided by the Company in connection with the seminar shall not be copied, distributed or be made available to third parties and shall be used only for the purpose for which they were provided. The Delegate is, subject to the previous paragraph, entitled to keep for their own use any course materials that are issued to them.

You will be required to sign a form confirming that you understand and accept our terms and conditions prior to the course.
