House Doctor Network
Achievement Level 1

Requirements: Successful completion of the two-day Introductory Property Presentation Course. You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of this course.


House Doctor Network
Achievement Level 2

CONSULTANT STATUS

Requirements: Upon completion of both the Introductory Property Presentation Course and the Introductory Business Course, you will be eligible to apply to become a Consultant at the House Doctor Network.

To achieve this title, you must submit 3 bodies of work (before and after photos and reports) to an assigned House Doctor mentor for approval, as well as a letter of evaluation from each client. Once approved, you will be awarded Consultant status within the House Doctor Network and receive a Certificate.

Consultant status brings with it a listing on the House Doctor Network online Directory of Professionals, free for 3 months. This listing will give potential clients ongoing access to your contact details enabling you to build your business and develop your portfolio. You will have an option to renew the listing after 3 months for an annual fee of £250.00 + VAT.

Achievement Level 3

SENIOR CONSULTANT STATUS

Requirements: Upon completion of both Introductory Courses and the Advanced ‘Hands On’ Residential Course you will become eligible to attain the level of Senior Consultant.

To achieve this title you will be required to submit bodies of work from 3 additional projects (before and after photos and reports) to your House Doctor mentor for approval, as well as a letter of evaluation from each client. Once approved, you will be awarded Senior Consultant status within the House Doctor Network and receive a Certificate.

Senior Consultants will be given their own web page on the House Doctor website, to include your photo, before and after photos of your work, a personal biography, and link to your own personal business website. There will be a £500.00 + VAT fee per annum for this listing.

‘HOUSE DOCTOR NETWORK’ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING COURSES


Introductory Property Presentation Course – Two Days (cost £475 + VAT)

This course is designed for anyone who is interested in learning the basic techniques of Property Presentation, whether for personal or professional use. Although geared toward preparing properties for the real estate market, this course includes a wealth of ideas for smartening up and improving one’s personal home environment or that of one’s clients.

Upon completing this course, you will be able to clearly identify a property’s liabilities and offer specific recommendations for converting these liabilities into assets in order to realize a quick sale at the highest and best price in any market.

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to all delegates.

Introductory Business Course - Getting started as a Property Presentation Consultant - One Day (cost £895 + VAT)

This course is designed for delegates who have completed my two-day Introductory Property Presentation Course, and are interested in starting their own Property Presentation business or adding this service to an existing business. On completion of this course you will be given the opportunity to become a member of the House Doctor Network.

In this course you will learn how to interview a prospective client, how to write a diagnosis and prescriptive report for your clients, how to charge for your services and market your business.

You will receive tools and templates to help you promote and carry out your business, as well as a 6-month mentoring programme to support you through the early stages of developing your business or service.


Advanced ‘Hands On’ Residential Course* - Five Days: (2007 cost: £2800 + vat)

This course will give you the opportunity to put into practice the techniques learned in my Introductory Property Presentation Course. It includes lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises designed to deepen your understanding of colour, arranging artwork and accessories, shelf dressing, flower arranging, furniture layout, and space planning.

You will be making on-site visits to individual houses for evaluation purposes, and most valuable of all, you will have to opportunity to participate in the actual ‘hands-on’ staging of a real home from start to finish, putting theory into practice.

This course will be limited to 20 delegates.

Advanced Business Course* – Build Your Business and Make Money – Four Days: (cost £2650.00 plus VAT)

This course is designed for those delegates who have completed my two-day Introductory Property Presentation course as well my one-day Introductory Business Course, and are looking for additional skills to help grow their businesses and make more money.

In this course, there is a strong focus on the skills and techniques necessary for operating a Property Presentation business. These include presentation techniques, negotiation skills, marketing your services, handling financial matters and creating an action plan for generating future business.

This course will be limited to 20 delegates.

NOTE * The Advanced ‘Hands On’ Course and the Advanced Business course can be taken in any sequence.
