What do I need to bring to the course?
It would be useful to bring a floor plan of your home or a property that you are very familiar with. It can be in the form of property particulars if you have them or a hand drawn version. Your lunch and refreshments will be provided through-out the day.

How to get there
The Hotel is situated within a mile of Junction 24 of the M1 Motorway; at which point the A6, the A42 (M) and the A50 converge. This provides easy access to all parts of the country. It is located less than three miles from East Midlands International Airport and is also within a short drive of Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. Loughborough Railway Station, six miles to the south, affords a direct link with London St. Pancras on the Midland Main Line.
From Junction 24 of the M1 take the A6 towards Loughborough, then take the first right as you enter the village of kegworth. The hotel is 400 yds on the right.

Course Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all courses run by Ann Maurice Ltd of 575-599 Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7ED (the "Company"). Those booking and/or attending the course ("Delegates") should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.
Payment and course fee
1.1 Payment of the full course fee is required at time of booking in order to secure your place.
The course fee covers training, course materials and some light refreshments during the day. The course fee does not cover transport or accommodation.
Cancellations
Refunds will not be given in any circumstances (except if the cancellation of the seminar is at the request of the Company), however, tickets can be resold and bookings can be transferred to another seminar on a different date if notice is given 4 weeks prior to the originally booked event. No transfers can be carried out within 4 weeks prior to the originally booked event.
Course details
The Company retains the right to cancel or alter the programme of the seminars at any time. In the event of a cancellation by the Company a refund will be given to Delegates if another suitable date for the seminar cannot be agreed.
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights used, created or embodied in or arising out of or in connection with the seminar and in particular but without limitation the use of the HOUSE DOCTOR name remains the exclusive property of the Company and the Delegate shall not during or at any time after the completion of the seminar dispute the ownership of such rights.
All materials and information (in whatever form) provided by the Company in connection with the seminar shall not be copied, distributed or be made available to third parties and shall be used only for the purpose for which they were provided. The Delegate is, subject to the previous paragraph, entitled to keep for their own use any course materials that are issued to them.
