Ann Maurice, the no nonsense House Doctor with the flair to make any room shine, is back and on the hunt for an exceptional new talent, as she attempts to discover Britain's most talented homestager. At stake for the eventual winner is a prize worth over £50,000 to set up their own homestaging business, and the opportunity to gain further training and mentoring from Ann herself.
Following on from series one, Ann will be raising the bar as she attempts to discover an exciting new talent in Ann Maurice: Interior Rivalry 2. From the thousands of applicants a short-list of 12 hopefuls have been selected. This group will be put through their paces and tested to the limits via a range of challenges designed to reveal whether they really do have an eye for design, as well as possessing the all important communication and organisational skills and a good head for business.
Ann Maurice is the number one expert in her field. Combining a background in both interior design and selling property, she first brought the concept of house presentation to the UK ten years ago. As the nation's House Doctor she revealed the tricks and techniques that would shift hard-to-sell properties. With thousands of interior transformations to her name, Ann Maurice: Interior Rivalry 2 follows Ann on her quest to discover a new talent. Ann has enlisted the help of a range of experts from other fields, to help her in the search, including: interior design expert Gordon Whistance and business tycoon Duncan Bannantyne. Other featured experts will include a top property developer and estate agent.
Aside from a life changing opportunity, the winner will also be awarded a £25,000 cash prize, a spread in a top interior magazine, and £20,000-worth of training and personal mentoring from Ann herself.
